Please print and mail this form to the Treasurer along with a $15.00 check made out to The Southern Bean Association. Membership in this Bean/Beane/Been/Beene Family Genealogy association includes quarterly issues of The Bean Stalk, published March, June, September, and December.

The officers of The Southern Bean Association (SBA) appreciate memorial donations and gift subscriptions to The Bean Stalk. These donations provide individuals an opportunity to recognize loved ones and to help the SBA, as well. The Board of Directors will select the projects, such as cemetery upkeep, on which the money will be spent. The Board welcomes suggestions for projects.
